Åndalsnes has evolved into a national center for outdoor activities and mountaineering in Norway. Most people have heard of the Troll Wall, Romsdalshorn peak and the Romsdalseggen ridge walk. But perhaps not as many have heard of the unique opportunities for kayaking tours with Åndalsnes as a starting point. That’s something we want to change.
You are hereby warmly welcomed to join our popular three-hour kayak tour in the majestic Romsdal Fjord. Lying here, swaying on the very fjord mirror, gives you a truly unique view of the famous Romsdal Alps. Right in front of your kayak lie well-known and beloved mountains such as Kirketaket, Loftsskarstind and Klauva.
A kayak tour doesn’t demand much of your time or effort, but it gives you infinitely much back in terms of closeness to nature and great experiences.
The trip starts at our Adventure Center in Åndalsnes. Here, we go through the equipment we will use, give a brief safety briefing and tell you about the trip. This is a trip suitable for everyone: beginners, families and children as young as six-years-old. You are welcome to join us!

Bring
• Clothes and shoes that can handle getting a bit damp/wet.
• Windproof and waterproof jacket for better warmth and comfort.
• Warm wool/fleece sweater.
• Hat and gloves are nice to have on cold days.
• Sun hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended if it's sunny.
• Camera.
• A water bottle and some snacks are nice to bring along.

Participants
Minimum number of participants are 2. If there are too few, you will be offered to reschedule or join one of our other tours. If you decide not to reschedule or join another tour, you will be refunded.
Cancellation
If trips are cancelled by Uteguiden, either due to extreme weather or too few participants, the cost of the trip will be refunded in full.
