This is a unique bike ride where you really get goosebumps from the surroundings on the way up Flofjellet. A perfect bike ride outside the major tourist flows in the west.
Join us for a spectacular full-day e-bike adventure over the historic Flofjellet mountain pass. This one-of-a-kind electric bike tour takes you from the fjord in Hellesylt and up into the high mountain landscape along an old trail road that once connected Møre & Romsdal with Sogn & Fjordane.
As we cycle through the Hellesylt valley, you’ll pass peaceful lakes, waterfalls, and traditional mountain farms surrounded by dramatic Norwegian scenery. The route follows a historic mountain road with steady climbs and wide views — technically easy, yet incredibly rewarding.
With our powerful e-bikes, the uphill sections feel smooth and manageable. You’ll enjoy the sensation of “flying” up the mountain, before finishing the day with a long and scenic downhill ride back towards the fjord.

- Distance: Approx. 40 km round trip (20 km each way)
- Highest point: Around 550 meters above sea level
- Duration: 4.5–5 hours including breaks
- Includes a great downhill at the end

Minimum number of participants are 3. If there are too few, you will be offered to reschedule or join one of our other tours. If you decide not to reschedule or join another tour, you will be refunded.
Cancellation
If trips are cancelled by Uteguiden, either due to extreme weather or too few participants, the cost of the trip will be refunded in full.
