We start in Sandnessjøen, surrounded by stunning mountain peaks and a vibrant harbor.

With our 50-foot charter boats we sail out to Herøy, along Dønna and the legendary Dønnamannen, further into Herøy/Husvær and Havkanten.

We pass a number of chalky white beaches, where you can walk along the white sand and admire the turquoise water surrounded by high mountains. It is a perfect place to relax and take some beautiful photos.

Husvær is an island outside Sandnessjøen, In the low coastal landscape there is little that shadows the midnight sun in the summer or the northern lights in the winter, or the view of the magnificent mountains Dønnamannen and The Seven Sisters to the north and east.

The archipelago is considered one of Norway's best areas for kayaking. The large archipelago offers a myriad of shallow water areas, narrow straits, sheltered coves and bays with swimming beaches, just waiting to be discovered.

We end up at Husvær and Havkanten Gjestehus. where you can spend several hours hiking, swimming, kayaking, freediving or just simply taking it 100% calmly on the quayside. Havkanten has popular facilities such as a restaurant, outdoor restaurant, hot tub and Sauna.
