Join a scenic, guided kayak tour through Herøysundet, with beautiful views toward Dønnamannen and the iconic Seven Sisters mountain range. The tour is conducted at a relaxed pace and is well suited for beginners, even without a paddling certificate, while still offering a rewarding experience for more advanced paddlers who want to enjoy the landscape and conditions without focusing on performance.
We mainly use stable double kayaks that are well adapted for this type of tour, providing a safe and comfortable experience. For experienced paddlers with a paddling certificate, single kayaks are also available.
During the trip we go ashore on a beach with stunning views of the Seven Sisters, allowing time for a short break, photography, and to take in the surroundings. This is a nature experience that suits both first-time paddlers and more experienced kayakers looking for a calm, scenic tour in spectacular coastal surroundings.

Introduction to the tour, including a briefing on safety procedures and routines with the guide.
Distribution and fitting of kayaks and all necessary equipment.
Departure approx. 09:30-09:45
Return to the dock no later than 12:00.
Participants are advised to dress according to the weather conditions. Please bring shoes or sandals (for example, Crocs), as we will go ashore on a beach during the tour and footwear may get wet. If you do not have suitable footwear, we can provide loan shoes.
It is also recommended to bring a waterproof bag for mobile phones and camera equipment.
Please inform us in advance if you are arriving by express boat or ferry and are unable to be present at the scheduled meeting time. We are generally flexible and will do our best to accommodate this where possible.

If you wish to change the date or activity, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed. If a change is not possible, our cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation policy for guided tours:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the activity will be refunded at 90% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the activity will be refunded at 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity are non-refundable.
The amount will be charged in NOK to your card on the booking date. Any refunded amount will be based on the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed and may differ from the exact amount paid in your local currency.
Cancellations or changes initiated by us:
Karlsen Kajakk & Sykkel ENK and our partners reserve the right to cancel or modify the activity at any time due to safety concerns or staff illness. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative product or date. If you choose to decline this, you will receive a full refund.
Jurisdiction:
These booking terms and any agreement they encompass are governed in all respects by Norwegian law. Both parties agree that any dispute, claim, or matter arising between us in connection with the contract or booking shall be handled by the local courts in Norway.
