Experience an exhilarating mountain adventure at one of the world's northernmost Via Ferrata's. Take the challenge and feel the satisfaction as you reach the summit!
This exciting climbing adventure awaits you at Øyfjellet just outside Mosjøen. Experienced guides will lead you toward the Helgelandstrappa Sherpa Stairway and the climbing route's starting point. Hook yourself onto the thick wire securely attached to the mountainside and ascend safely using natural holds and steps in the mountain.
This mountain-climbing adventure doesn’t require any specialized knowledge or prior experience. The Via Ferrata is divided into two parts, with unique views and great conditions for climbing. We will stop for a lunch break at a viewpoint mid-way, with a spectacular view over Mosjøen, the fjord and the mountains in the area.
We can guarantee a fantastic fun and memorable day with a great sense of accomplishment! On our way down, you can choose to try the longest Zipline in Northern Norway to make the day complete.

What is included?
Included in the trip is an experienced guide and all necessary safety equipment such as a helmet, harness and fall absorber (connection to the wire).
Conditions
Children must weigh a minimum of 40 kg and be 12 years of age this year. We have a minimum number of 2 participants for the completion of the trip. Normal good fitness is recommended, but no climbing experience is required to participate on the tour.
What should I bring?
We recommend that you wear clothes according to the weather and shoes with good grip (preferably Vibram soles). Bring a daypack with an extra sweater and windproof jacket, lunch, water and sunglasses. Gloves can be bought on site.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the city center, follow the signs towards the airport and walk/drive across the bridge. As soon as you have passed the bridge, turn right and continue towards the mountain until on the left side of the road you see our orange HQ with our logo in front. Your guides will meet you there, provide the necessary instructions and hand out the equipment before starting your trip. See map here.
