Go Northern Lights hunting with Hi North, just outside the charming town of Mosjøen in the heart of Helgeland. This 2-hour tour promises a journey into the Arctic night, guided by experienced hosts who will ensure your Northern Lights hunting experience is both safe and inspiring.
You can either choose to navigate the snow-covered landscapes by foot or opt for the added mobility and ease of snowshoes, allowing you to traverse more challenging terrain with confidence.
Your guides are familiar with the local terrain and conditions and will take you to the most promising spots for aurora viewing, maximizing your chances of witnessing the magical dance of colors across the Arctic skies. They are also equipped with the knowledge of local traditions and stories, adding cultural depth to your adventure.
Tilleggsinformasjon
We promise that we will use all our experience to maximize the chance of experiencing the northern lights, but the northern lights are a natural phenomenon that unfortunately does not always show despite good conditions. There is no refund if the northern lights do not show, but we still guarantee a great trip.
We recommend our guests to dress up with warm woolen underwear and a down jacket. We also recommend that you wear a hat, mittens, scarf, warm socks and good shoes.
We have full winter clothing for rent: Warm suits, shoes, mittens and balaclava for NOK 300 per person.
