Join us for the most unforgettable food experience in Lofoten – where you catch your own fish, and we turn it into a feast.
After an authentic boat fishing trip in the Arctic waters outside Kabelvåg, you’re invited to the historic Nyvågar Rorbuhotell for a culinary experience unlike any other. Here, your catch becomes the star of the menu.
Our guide will take you through the story of Lofoten fishing – from traditional techniques to how each part of the fish can be used. You’ll be part of the filleting and learn which cuts are best for different dishes. The menu changes depending on the day’s catch, but always includes a minimum of 3 freshly prepared courses based on your own fish.
