Following this trail for approximately 2 km, you'll find yourself standing before the majestic frozen Orvvosfossen waterfall. Its crystalline cascade is a mesmerizing spectacle, where water has turned to ice, harmonizing with the tranquil winter surroundings.

Your adventure begins with a 30-minute drive to our historical Gargia Lodge. From the lodge, we'll set off into the Gargia forest.

Along the 2 km trail, breathe in the invigorating winter air and perhaps catch glimpses of wildlife. After about 1.5 hours, we'll arrive at the frozen waterfall—a magnificent sight where water has transformed into an exquisite frozen sculpture.

On the riverbank, take a short break and savor coffee, tea, and snacks.
