Climbing at Kvam – Norway's largest climbing area
Kvam, just five minutes from the center of Sogndal, is a climbing paradise with over 600 routes spread over a 1.7 km long cliff. Here you will find everything from beginner-friendly routes to some of Norway's hardest lines, with difficulty levels from 3 to 8c+. With both bolted sport climbing and trad routes, as well as child-friendly sectors, Kvam is suitable for all levels. The easy access and varied climbing make Kvam a must for anyone who wants to experience real outdoor climbing in spectacular western Norway nature.
