A kayak course is a very rewarding activity, we focus on high quality learning, which maximise enjoyment and development of technique. Kayak courses usually run over weekends but we will run courses for small groups at anytime during the summer holidays. We have all the equipment necessary and some very experienced instructors.

I/we confirm that everyone in the group is over 120cm as required for kayaking. I/we will adhere to all instructions given in briefings and safety talks from instructors and staff at TrollAktiv AS. I/we declare that I/we do not have any medical condition including (injury, illness or pregnancy) that could endanger you on activity. I/we declare I/we are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs while participating on activities.
