Physicality: This is a really easy hike and car tour along the beaches in southwest Norway between Stavanger and Egersund. There will be possibility to hike to the famous Trollpikken in Egersund.

Look and Learn: You'll hear the history of swords in rock in Stavanger, and many other spots on this route.

Lunch Included: Enjoy snack on the beach and optional lunch/dinner in Sogndalstrand.

Shop: There is many places around you could buy som items and something to drink/eat.
