Roundtrip Kjeragbolten

Tour Kjerag: We are up early, for a 2,5 hours roadtrip, taking you to Øygardsstøl – the starting point for hiking the Kjerag bolt. Along the way, we are driving through Sirdal, the ski resort in the area, with a base elevation about 5-600moh. The tour to Kjerag will bring you up to 1084 moh overlooking Lysefjorden.

Physicality: The hike to Kjerag is approximatly 11 kilometres long. Depending on how physical shape and experienced, the round trip takes 5 to 10 hours. For this hike, You need to be in normal good physical shape before heading out on this mountain hike. The hike will have elevation gain of 800 meters. In some places, you have to pull yourself up and slide down with help of wire, so it is a demanding hike even for experienced hikers.

Lunch Included: Enjoy snack on Øygardsstøl before heading out to Kjerag and a copious lunch at Kjerag bolten, overlooking Lysefjorden.

We'll Pick You Up: We pick you up and drops you off at your hotel.

Shoes: Closed-toed shoes only. Terrain is rocky and might be slippy.
