We will meet you at your hotel or accommodation 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. We will transport you and all your luggage in our accessible vehicles.

At the airport, the guide can assist you with check-in until you are ready to proceed to security.

Important information

You have the right to a full refund if you cancel up to three days before the departure time. If you cancel less than three days before departure, you will receive a refund of the paid amount, minus any cost already incurred for the bookings.

There will be no refund if the tour is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

If Tromsø Accessible Tours cancels a tour for any reason, you will be offered to re-book the tour for another date or a full refund.
