About the experience
On this tour we will take you on a minibus trip around the fjords of the island of Kvaløya, nearby Tromsø. And enjoy a nice lunch on Sommarøy island.
The tour starts at the meeting point. From there we will drive west, crossing the bridge that connects Tromsø to the island of Kvaløya.
During this trip we will cross 3 fjords. And we will drive across the valley of Kattdfjordeidet. There will be short stops to take photos and experiment nature. Sometimes we can see reindeer and other animals roaming free.
The destination is Sommarøy, “the Summer Island”. There we will enjoy a warm lunch inside the Sommarøy Arctic Hotel.
To return we will take the road on the south-east coast of Kvaløya. During this ride we can enjoy the views of the Sund and the mountains of Malangen.
The tour finishes at our original meeting point after approximately 5.5 hours.
Note: This group price refers to a private group of up to 15 people and a maximum of 3 wheelchair spots.

Departure times
Departure-return schedule: 10:00 – 15:30 (10:00 am to 3:30 pm).
We will pick you up from your hotel, 10 minutes before departure.

Important information
You have the right to a full refund if you cancel up to 5 days before the departure time of the activity. If you cancel less than five days before the start of the tour, there will only be a maximum of 50% refund of the paid amount, minus any cost already incurred for the bookings.
There is no refund if the tour is cancelled with less than 48 hrs before departure.
If Tromsø Accessible Tours cancels a tour for any reason, you will be offered to re-book the tour for another date, or a full refund.
