About the experience

Experience the stunning Andøya Scenic Route with dramatic coastal views and chances to spot local wildlife.

  • Experience one of Norway’s most spectacular coastal journeys along the iconic Andøya Scenic Route, a hidden gem in Northern Norway where raw Arctic nature meets breathtaking scenery.
  • This guided tour takes you along a dramatic stretch of coastline known for white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, steep mountains and open ocean views. Andøya is quieter than many other destinations in the north, giving you a more authentic and relaxed experience.
  • Along the route, we stop at carefully selected viewpoints, beaches and local highlights. There is plenty of time for photos and to enjoy the surroundings at a comfortable pace.
  • We also include a stop at Café Alveland when open. Here you can buy cinnamon buns, cakes, sandwiches, locally made soap, sweets and other small local products. Please note that opening hours may be limited outside the main season.
  • This tour also focuses on spotting wildlife in its natural habitat. Depending on the season and conditions, you may see moose, sea eagles, reindeer and other Arctic species. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, but your guide will always do their best to find them.
  • Throughout the tour, your guide will share local knowledge, stories and insights about life in Vesterålen, nature and culture in the region.
