The service
Book Local is operated by Bilberry and lists tours, activities, and experiences from independent operators across Norway — including via a ChatGPT app for discovery. You can browse without logging in. Bookings complete on booklocal.no and go directly to the operator.
Bookings and operators
Each experience is provided by the operator who lists it. The operator sets the price, availability, and inclusions, and has their own booking, cancellation, and refund terms that govern your purchase. Payment goes directly to the operator's own payment processor; Book Local does not handle your payment.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no disrupting operations, no unlawful use, and no bulk harvesting beyond our published feeds/APIs. Automated access and AI agents via our MCP/API are welcome within the published rate limits.
Content and IP
Operator content belongs to the operators. The Book Local name, logo, and design belong to Bilberry. Don't reproduce them without permission.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is". Book Local is not a party to the booking contract and is not liable for the experiences themselves — operators are responsible for delivery. Nothing here limits the rights you have under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page.
Governing law
Norwegian law applies, and disputes are handled by the Norwegian courts.
