The trip is easy, requiring no prior kayaking knowledge, and is led by experienced guides. This is a perfect activity for bouth young and older.

About the experience
Join us for a simple yet raw nature experience. From our base at Marifjøra, you can go kayaking on the Sognefjord! In a kayak, you get close to the fjord and nature. The trip is easy, requiring no prior kayaking knowledge, and is led by experienced guides. This is a perfect activity for bouth young and older.
We start the trip by getting to know all the participants, as well as introducing you to the guide who will be with you. The guide will show you the equipment and give tips and advice on basic paddling techniques to make the trip both safe and comfortable.In stable and safe double kayaks, we explore the fjord. It's a fantastic nature experience where you get close to nature. If we are lucky, we might see seals, harbour porpois or birds during the trip. If the weather is nice, there are opportunities for swimming. Please bring swimwear!
It's a lovely feeling to sit in the kayak, when the snow-covered mountains reflect in the mirror-still fjord! Come and join us on an adventure!
Tilleggsinformasjon
Kayak, paddle, life jacket, and spray skirt are included.
Dress according to the weather, but it may be wise to avoid cotton, as it is wet and clammy. Also, bring a jacket that can withstand wind and rain.
A cap and sunglasses are good to have.
Swimsuit and towels.
Please pack what you need in a waterproof plastic bag or packing sack to keep it dry.

Marifjøra – at the parking lot by the marina. Approximately 300 meters further ahead, past Tørvis Hotel.
