Highlights of Your Exclusive Journey

Åkrasanden Beach

Begin with a visit to this award-winning Blue Flag beach. Known for its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters, Åkrasanden offers a serene escape and picturesque photo opportunities.

Ferkingstad: Meet local fishermen

Discover the rich fishing traditions of Karmøy with a visit to Ferkingstad. This short yet immersive stop highlights the island’s deep-rooted connection to the North Sea’s maritime heritage, including its historical ties to American fishing culture. Enjoy the fresh flavors of the sea as we share captivating local stories, and take in the serene atmosphere of this charming fishing village.

Skudeneshavn: The ‘White Lady of the Empire.’

Our main stop is one of Norway’s most charming summer towns, Skudeneshavn, with a strong maritime heritage, particularly associated with sailing ships and white wooden houses.  Stroll through its quaint streets and we will enjoy a light lunsh, a cup of coffee and cake in the beautifully preserved setting at a local restaurant. Every detail of this unique time capsule has been lovingly restored, offering an authentic glimpse into Norway’s past.

Avaldsnes & St. Olav's Church

Our final stop takes you to Avaldsnes, the birthplace of Viking kings. Explore St. Olav's Church, a medieval landmark built in 1250 that guided pilgrims for centuries. The site offers a fascinating connection to Norway's Viking heritage.

The Rising Tides sculptures

On the way back, we will drop by the famous horse sculptures from the Thames, "The Rising Tides" by Jason D. Taylor.
