There are wardrobe facilities at the sauna
You'll have to leave the sauna 10 minutes before your timeslot ends for enough time to change and be out of before the next group arrives.
It is a good idea to bring drinks into the sauna so that you do not become dehydrated. Jewellery should be removed, as these can become hot.
Bring 2 towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry after swimming.
We recommend bringing flip-flops or other shoes for walking to the sauna from the wardrobe.
Dresscode: Minimum bikini/swimsuit or shorts.
