Our experienced guide will not only instruct you but also share tips and tricks to ensure you master the paddleboard in a variety of creative ways, and safely reach your destination. Relax and go with the flow, sit down and paddle with your arms, or stand up and use the paddle to glide elegantly through the water. Want to push your limits? Perform acrobatic exercises or yoga while balancing on the board.
Toftøy in old Øygarden offers you a coastal area that changes character from day to day. Whether you want a relaxed trip out into the open sea or want to challenge the currents with fun and exercises, the tour ends idyllically by paddling back to shore in the charming Kjøpmannsvågen on Toftøy. The tour starts from Øygarden Kayak Center in old Øygarden. The center is located under the Rongesund Bridge on Toftøy. When coming from Bergen, take a right just before the bridge.

Requirements for participation:
- 13 years old during the year
- Normal physical health
- Not under the influence of alcohol
- If you have asthma or epilepsy, please contact us for information
Included:
- Wetsuit, 3-5mm
- SUP board
- Paddle
- Life jacket
- Gloves if needed
- Changing room facilities
Please bring:
- Swimwear to wear under the wetsuit
- Optional: wool underwear to wear underneath (early season)
- Towel
- It's handy to have a water bottle
- Bag for wet clothes after the activity
- Shoes that can get wet
