We take several photo-stops where you can get som great photos of famous Molde panorama with its 222 partially snow-clad peaks.
Molde is often best known for its jazz festival, for all the roses, and for its football team. But if you really want to experience Molde, you need to join us out in a kayak! Only then will you get close enough to the beautiful coastal landscape, the small islands, and the rich wildlife. Join us on the fjord this summer – and you'll see for yourself!
Our tour starts from Molde city center and takes you through beautiful surroundings: If the weather and conditions are favorable, we will visit the so-called "Moldivene". This is an appropriate nickname for the group of unique islets and skerries out in the fjord – just south of the city.
Our guides meet you at our Adventure Center in Molde where you will get equipped with all the mandatory equipment and get a safety briefing before we start our kayak experience.
Trip Facts
• This is a round trip starting and ending in Molde center.
• The trip is approximately seven km in total (it will be adjusted for each group and current weather conditions).
• This is a great trip for families and beginners or for those who want to experience Molde in a unique way.
• No previous paddling experience is required.

Bring
• Wind and waterproof jacket for better warmth and comfort.
• Warm wool/fleece sweater.
• A hat and gloves are good to have on cold days.
• Sun hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended if it's sunny.
• Camera.
• A water bottle and some snacks.

• It is possible to borrow a paddling jacket.
Restrictions
• Normal physical fitness.
• Minimum age of 5-years-old (by the end of the calendar year).
• You must be comfortable with water & able to swim.
• You must be within the weight limit (under 120 kg).
• Sober (it is not allowed to consume alcohol before or during the trip).

Minimum number of participants are 3. If there are too few, you will be offered to reschedule or join one of our other tours. If you decide not to reschedule or join another tour, you will be refunded.
Cancellation
If trips are cancelled by Uteguiden, either due to extreme weather or too few participants, the cost of the trip will be refunded in full.
