4 HOURS INTRODUCTION COURS
First time with a paddle in your hands? Discover the joys of sea kayaking on our beginner-level introduction course in Førde. Here you will learn the basics in a safe and controlled environment. All gear is included so as to keep you warm while paddling.
During the course, our certified and skilled instructors will teach you about safety on the water, proper paddling technique and how to rescue yourself and others.
After completing this course you will be awarded the NPF våttkort.

INCLUDED:
All kayaking equipment is included! You can borrow a kayak, paddle, life jacket, splash cover, wetsuit/drysuit and wet shoes. You can wear wool under the wetsuit if the suit doesn't fit. In the wetsuit you wear a set of thick wool socks. Under the drysuit you wear a set of wool and wool socks. When it's cold in the water it can be good to have two layers of wool or wool and fleece under the drysuit.
A wet card with a wafer can be purchased after the course for 150,-.

Swimmer/safe in water.
Over 10 years old.
Valid travel insurance.

Cancellation:
If canceled more than 24 hours before departure, a full refund is given. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded. This course is weather and wind dependent, and the course can be canceled at short notice. Courses that are possibly canceled can either be rebooked or the course fee refunded.
