SUP yoga is when you replace the traditional yoga mat with a Stand Up Paddleboard! The SUP board looks like a large surfboard and sits well and steadily on the water. Here we challenge ourselves and improve balance, strength, and, not least, core muscles. If you're looking for a new challenge, yoga on a paddleboard might be just what you need. Join us and have fun!

Who is SUP yoga suitable for?

SUP yoga is suitable for everyone, both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. On the water, we have the opportunity to become familiar with simple yoga positions in a new way, as the transitions between the different positions are slower, while attention and balance are challenged.

You don't need any previous experience with SUP, but you must be able to swim.
